Responsibilities:

1. Create unique beverage experiences that exceed customer expectations.
2. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, adhering to food safety regulations.
3. Develop relationships with customers to understand their preferences and make recommendations.
4. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
5. Collaborate with kitchen staff to create drink pairings that complement menu items.
6. Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
7. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in bartending or mixology.
2. Strong knowledge of food safety practices.
3. Excellent customer service skills.
