We are seeking an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our built environment team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

About the Role:

  • Manage a team of quantity surveyors and cost managers on a range of built environment projects
  • Develop and implement cost management strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and developing proposals
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members

About Our Client:

Our client is a leading consultancy with a strong reputation in the built environment sector. They have a diverse portfolio of projects, including commercial, leisure, heritage, healthcare, sports stadiums, residential, mixed-use, and public sectors.
