Packaging Plant Maintenance Specialist

**Job Overview:**
Pertemps is seeking an experienced packaging plant maintenance specialist to join their team at a high street recognisable supplier of natural and herbal cosmetic products based in Surrey.
**About the Role:**
This is a minimum 1 year, potentially extendable, contract position to service and repair filling, sealing and packaging plant machinery.
We are looking for someone with mechanical capabilities and a bias towards the electrical side (3 phase and 240v machinery) who can work with pneumatics, mechanical, electrical equipment.
The successful candidate will conduct breakdown repairs, service and planned maintenance work while ensuring excellent safety standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Service and repair filling, sealing and packaging plant machinery
- Conduct breakdown repairs and service work
- Perform planned maintenance tasks to ensure optimal machine performance
**Requirements:**
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A strong background in mechanical engineering with a bias towards electrical systems
- Experience working with 3 phase and 240v machinery
- Ability to work with pneumatics, mechanical and electrical equipment
