Exciting Contract Opportunity for a Project Manager

Searchability is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our projects across various sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, contract administration, and team leadership.

  • Deliver project management and contract administration services throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure a common understanding of project requirements, scope, programs, costs, constraints, risk, and interfaces across the team.
  • Lead the project team, building, motivating, maintaining, coaching, guiding, and developing the team.
  • Develop and implement governance arrangements for projects within corporate and business policies, directives, guidance, and procedures.
  • Prioritize safety throughout project delivery.
  • Manage projects within client and DIO agreed budgets.
  • Manage risk and opportunity for the project from inception to completion.
  • Administer and negotiate change control from inception to completion.
  • Manage approved subcontractor procurement processes.
  • Monitor and report project performance against programs, technical quality, financial, and KPI targets, both internally and externally.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Project Management/Engineering background with design management, project management, and contract administration experience within the Nuclear environment.
  • Experience in undertaking accountable Project Manager roles on multidisciplinary design projects (>$1M design fees per annum).
  • APM PMQ (or equivalent) recognized level of competence in Project Management.
  • Understanding and experience in deploying various forms of construction contract, particularly NEC 4.
  • Understanding of Nuclear Standards.
  • Experience working closely with multi-disciplinary design teams.
  • Understanding of BIM.

The successful applicant must have active SC Clearance.
