Quality Engineer - Fasteners Position Overview

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is looking for a Quality Engineer to work with the Quality Manager and Quality Inspector to ensure the company meets QA objectives, focusing on continuous improvement within the ISO 9001 framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Taking receipt of quality products and delivering them right first time to customers.
  2. Collaborating with the Quality Manager and Quality Inspector to drive continuous improvement.
  3. Using quality tools to resolve quality concerns.
  4. Operating basic measuring equipment, such as micrometers and calipers.
  5. Analyzing data and being computer literate.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in an ISO 9001 approved manufacturing company, preferably ISO16949.
  2. Knowledge of quality tools and their application.
  3. Ability to use basic measuring equipment.
  4. Computer literacy and data analysis skills.

Remuneration and Benefits:

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000. Hours: 8:00 - 17:00, Monday to Thursday, 16:00 finish on Fridays. Holiday: 20 days plus Bank Holidays.
