Reed is seeking a talented Senior Marketing Executive to join our team and drive our demand generation efforts forward.
About the Role
As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing multi-channel marketing tactics that drive inbound leads and accelerate touchpoints within our target audiences. You will work closely with our digital marketing manager to source, run, and monitor the best channels for inbound lead generation, ensuring efficient routing to sales.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Routing: Support the digital marketing manager in identifying and optimizing lead generation channels, ensuring seamless handoffs to sales.
- Marketing Campaign Planning: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid social, paid search, landing pages, and email.
- Local SEO: Maintain and optimize our local search presence across key locations, driving organic search presence for key terms.
- Email Marketing: Oversee the creation and send of central email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and nurture emails.
- Sales Enablement: Develop internal communications plans and build relationships with key sales stakeholders to empower local sales teams.
- Marketing Automation: Leverage HubSpot to plan and build marketing automation workflows, lists, and chatbots that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What We're Looking For
- A passionate marketer with 3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing.
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
- Desirable: experience with running paid advertising across social media and Google.
- A self-starter who takes ownership of tasks, projects, and communicates effectively with stakeholders.
- A learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and stays up-to-date with the latest marketing tactics.
