### Nursery Practitioner Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our exceptional and unique nursery in Warwick. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds and revolutionising early childhood education in the UK.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide a high standard of care and education to children aged 0-3 years
* Adhere to the EYFS guidelines to ensure a safe and stimulating environment
* Develop strong communication with parents, professionals, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach
* Assess and review children's development, implementing an effective key person approach
* Maintain and update personal records for each child, ensuring their safety and welfare
