Job Description
Vistry Group is seeking an experienced construction lawyer to join their team. As a key member of the legal department, you will provide construction legal services to the company's divisions across the UK. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation and networking skills, a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
• Review tenders and flow down of supply chain documents from a Development agreement or JCT DB/ bespoke construction contract
• Review of consultant appointments or sub/trade contractor comments on supply chain documents and assistance with response or negotiation
• Bespoke in-house legal training to stakeholders
• Precedent reviews/ updates
• Review of confidentiality agreements
• Assisting with any ad hoc project queries/issues/disputes
• Provide generic legal advice/signposting to key stakeholders

About the Salary
The estimated salary for this role is around £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including annual bonus, agile working, up to 33 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, private healthcare, enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption leave, and more.
