About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Analyst to join our team at IDEX Consulting. As a key member of our actuarial consulting team, you will play a lead role in delivering exceptional consultancy services to our clients in the UK Defined Benefit/Final Salary Pension space.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Actuarial Valuations and Special Projects: Supervise phases of actuarial valuations and special projects, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  2. Client Engagement: Prepare materials for and attend client meetings, presenting to clients and prospects to build strong relationships.
  3. Service Implementation: Manage the implementation of new services, coordinating and reviewing project assignments to ensure timely and accurate work.
  4. Proposal Development: Assist in the development and presentation of proposals for consulting services, seeking to grow client relationships and improve service efficiency.
  5. Team Leadership: Responsible for organizing, delegating, and supervising the work of junior level staff, maintaining in-depth knowledge of benefits products available in the marketplace.
  6. Professional Development: Pursue actuarial credentials through continual professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
