ESOL Tutor

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated ESOL tutor to join our team in Carlisle. As a tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our learners, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver ESOL classes to learners of varying levels and abilities
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of our learners
• Assess and provide feedback to learners on their progress
• Work collaboratively with other tutors and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment

Requirements

• Experience of teaching ESOL to adults
• Ability to adapt to changing learner needs and local priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including evenings
