About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Enterprise Architect to join our team at Intelix. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic technology landscape of our company, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving innovation across our asset management infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the strategic roadmap for our technology landscape, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of senior enterprise architects, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Technology Innovation: Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency, data integrity, and business agility.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, providing insights and recommendations on technology investments and architectural strategies.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure all technology solutions adhere to corporate standards, governance processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects, from initial concept through implementation and ongoing optimization.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience as an enterprise architect in the financial services industry, particularly in asset management.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams of senior architects and engineers.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and data management solutions (e.g., Snowflake).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
  • In-depth understanding of financial products, private assets, and investment management operations.
  • Proficiency in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and best practices in DevOps and Agile methodologies.
