Technique Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and be able to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical engineering work to a high standard, responding to breakdowns quickly, and implementing safe temporary repairs. You will also be required to assist mechanical engineers, complete job reports, and carry out routine maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform electrical maintenance tasks to a high standard, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  2. Respond to electrical breakdowns quickly, minimizing production downtime.
  3. Implement safe temporary repairs, inform the Shift Leader, and arrange permanent repairs during production downtime.
  4. Assist mechanical engineers as required, gaining their help when necessary.
  5. Complete job reports and tickets each shift.
  6. Carry out routine maintenance tasks to a good standard.
  7. Report any abnormal engineering occurrences to the Shift Leader.
  8. Comply with current health and safety requirements and company PPE policy.
  9. Perform any other duties required by the Shift Leader and Engineering/Senior Managers.
