Job Title: Contracts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the sheeting and cladding side of our roofing business, with a focus on asbestos removal, replacement, and refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage roofing contracts, with a specialization in sheeting and cladding
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure all work complies with industry standards and regulations
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary: £40,000 - £55,000 DOE
  • Company car provided or 45p/mile allowance if using your own vehicle
  • Company pension scheme offered
  • 30 days in total (22 standard, plus 8 bank holidays)

  • Flexible working hours, with occasional work-from-home options
