Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and empathetic individuals to join our team as Support Workers, providing overnight care and support to our clients.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overnight care and support to clients in their homes or local communities
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Support clients in maintaining their independence and engaging in activities that promote their well-being
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
