Location and Working Hours

The successful candidate will be based in Wool, Dorset, working 4 days per week. This provides a great work-life balance and allows for ample time to focus on your duties as a Veterinary Surgeon.

Compensation Package

We are offering a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per year, making this an excellent opportunity for experienced Veterinary Surgeons. In addition to the salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including private medical insurance, health cash plan, life assurance, annual leave, and CPD allowance. We also cover VDS, RCVS, and BVA fees.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Veterinary Medicine and active license to practice in the UK. Strong diagnostic, surgical, and medical skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities. A patient and adaptable approach to animal care is also crucial.

Your key responsibilities will include providing high-quality veterinary care, consultations, and surgical procedures. You will ensure the health and well-being of all animals under your care, collaborating with veterinary assistants, nurses, and other team members. Accurate records and client communications are also a priority.
