We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to children with complex needs in a mainstream school setting.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of patience, understanding, and empathy. The successful candidate will be working with children who have a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, and social/emotional mental health issues.

• Provide individualized support to children with complex needs
• Assist with lesson planning and implementation
• Monitor and record student progress
• Use effective behavior management strategies to support students

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree or level 3 qualification in a relevant field
• Experience working with children with complex needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
