Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow, develop, and manage coastal engineering capability within the practice.
  • Set quality assurance standards in design and promote technical excellence throughout the organisation.
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet their needs.

We offer a competitive salary of £95,000 - £120,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave, flexible working arrangements, and access to training and development opportunities.
