Role Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to work in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. The ideal candidate will have a background in maintaining cranes and automated bulk handling equipment, as well as experience working with automated systems and CMMS software.

**Responsibilities and Requirements**

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring strong Health and Safety practices are followed. You will also be required to increase efficiency and minimise downtime on equipment, working closely with the operations team to achieve this goal.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a HNC level 3 or equivalent qualification, along with relevant industry experience. Strong Health and Safety knowledge and proficiency in using CMMS systems are essential skills for this position.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a bonus scheme, and pension scheme. You will also have access to our canteen and free parking facilities.
