About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Representative to join our Hospital Specialist team. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing accounts within your territory and providing a consistent, science-led, and value-added service for Cardiology, Endocrinology, and Renal therapeutic areas.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in hospital specialist or key account manager positions, with an applied understanding of the complexities of working in the hospital environment. They will also have experience and knowledge of the cardiology, endocrinology, and renal therapeutic areas, clear and influential communication skills, and an aptitude for science.
This role requires tenacity, resilience, and leadership attributes, as well as a sharp commercial focus complemented by outstanding account management, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Implementing comprehensive key account plans to drive value and deliver growth
- Supporting the implementation of key programs which differentiate and enhance GSK's standing in the healthcare market
- Ensuring that key accounts and stakeholders are engaged, educated, and informed to support the patient journey and enhance the quality use of medicines
- Working in partnership with GSK commercial, medical, and sales teams to deliver objectives in line with GSK strategic objectives
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field such as Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences
- Significant experience in hospital specialist or key account manager positions
- Experience and knowledge of the cardiology, endocrinology, and renal therapeutic areas
- Clear and influential communication skills
- An aptitude for science
