Disaster Recovery Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Trainee Restoration Technician to join our team in the Property Damage Restoration sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for restoring commercial and residential properties following events such as fire or flooding.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Restoring properties to their original condition, including stripping out fixtures and fittings and drying out affected areas
2. Working closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations
3. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects
4. Maintaining accurate records of project progress and reporting to management
5. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
