Special Needs Learning Mentor Position in Wandsworth

We are seeking a dedicated Special Needs Learning Mentor to support students with SEN in Wandsworth. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with teachers to create personalized support plans and provide emotional and academic guidance to students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 and small group support to SEN students, focusing on their emotional and academic development.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized support plans.
- Help students build essential skills and boost their confidence.
- Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with teachers and parents.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to mentoring.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- DBS check required.
