About the Role

As a Paralegal with IDEAL PERSONNEL's commercial property team, you will be responsible for conducting research tasks, updating caselaw and precedents, analyzing news and providing insights, maintaining knowledge systems, and providing training updates.

This is an excellent opportunity for law graduates or PGDL holders with commercial property experience. You will have no caseload or training contract, allowing you to focus on the research and technical aspects of legal work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting research tasks to support the commercial property team
  • Updating caselaw and precedents to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Analyzing news and providing insights to inform business decisions
  • Maintaining knowledge systems to ensure seamless access to information
  • Providing training updates to colleagues and stakeholders
Requirements

Salary

Our estimated salary for this role is £36,000 - £41,000 per annum, depending on experience.
