Job Description: Meeting Coordinator and Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Meeting Coordinator and Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of operational plans, including sponsorship, speaker contracting, meetings, and P2P activities. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The salary for this position is approximately £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the delivery of operational plans for business units.
  • Providing contracting, payment, and meeting logistics support to internal colleagues.
  • Partnering with external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient execution of planned activities.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in administration/project management in a heavily regulated environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and high detail focus.
  • Familiarity with Veeva Promomats is beneficial.
