Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for RGNs to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in our facilities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering excellent patient care according to individual needs.
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitoring and assessing patient condition, progress, and response to treatment.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Maintaining accurate patient medical records.
  • Educating patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
  • Ensuring adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Requirements
  • A valid Registered General Nurse (RGN) license.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassionate and patient-centred approach to care.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
