About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Practice Plus Group. As a Senior Mental Health Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our mental health services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and manage the mental health needs of patients, working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to develop holistic care plans.
- Provide evidence-based care to patients, seeking out and acting on their feedback to ensure personalized and informed care.
- Deliver non-judgmental care, building therapeutic relationships and promoting professional boundaries.
- Contribute to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, following our policies and procedures and always considering safeguarding.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse - Mental Health.
- Current professional qualification (NMC).
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development.
- Experience of the complexities of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working.
- A non-judgmental and compassionate approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of mental health policy, including clinical governance and the quality and outcomes framework, along with national standards such as NICE.
