Calibre Search is working alongside an award-winning Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy. This SME has over 60 employees across multiple offices, working for both public and private clients in various sectors such as housing, education, health, retail, commercial, industrial, heritage, care, and leisure.

The consultancy designs a range of projects, from £250,000 to £30M in construction value, with many undertaken to BIM level 2. They use industry-standard software like MicroDrainage and PDS, with final drawings produced in AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and drafting of SuDS schemes, private external works, Section 38 and Section 104 works for adoption.
  • Civil engineering works design and drafting for various sectors.
  • Planning and organisation of tasks, people, and resources to deliver projects on time and in accordance with current design guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Five to ten years' UK experience as a Senior Civil Engineer.
  • Specific experience in AutoCAD for technical drawing.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and basic health and safety.
  • A logical analytical approach to problem-solving.
