About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Registration Services team as an Apprentice Pensions Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the registration process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with complex registration matters in the Registration Hub
  • Use IT packages to support registration processes (training will be provided)
  • Conduct daily checks on stock and financial records
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and locations

Work Environment

You will be based in our Witney Registration Office, with regular travel to Oxford Register Office and other locations across the county. You will need to be flexible and able to work in different locations, with some weekend and bank holiday working required.
