About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Data Scientist to join our team at Harnham. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation with AI and machine learning to accelerate drug discovery and transform healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of AI algorithms, focusing on AI/ML techniques and Large Language Models to advance drug discovery.
  • Build machine learning models, advocate for good coding practices, and ensure proper testing for high-quality results.
  • Work closely with bioinformaticians, biologists, chemists, and analysts to explore and develop AI/ML tools for data analysis.
Requirements
  • MSc or PhD level in a STEM subject.
  • Proven knowledge of the implementation of Machine Learning models/LLM Models.
  • MLOPs/DevOps experience in CI/CD.
  • Experience using Tensorflow, Kubernetes, MLFlow, Kafka, and Airflow.
  • Experience using Python is a must (tools like AWS and Spark are beneficial).
  • Excellent communication skills and team and colleague engagement.
  • Expertise in large-scale computation.
  • Experience in a research environment.
  • Experience in LLMs/(Langchain).
  • Interest in Drug Discovery/Pharma space.
