Electromagnetics Research Scientist

A leading product innovation company in the Cambridge technology cluster is seeking an experienced Electromagnetics Physicist or Engineer to join their team of skilled engineers and scientists. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electromagnetics technology and experience working on state-of-the-art electronics systems.

This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex devices for the defence industry, requiring high-level UK security clearance. You will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of new technologies, as well as incremental improvements to existing products. This includes working on propagation, penetration, interference, and interaction with electronics projects.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent academics and maths skills, coupled with relevant experience in developing devices that utilise electromagnetics technology. Estimated salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.
