About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Controller to join our team at Elevation Estate Agents. As a Sales Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the sales process, ensuring timely contract exchange and completion, and driving maximum profit through effective management of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with solicitors to achieve contract exchange by the specified reservation expiry date.
  • Act as a liaison between the office-based sales team and stakeholders to ensure seamless progress of each sale in the pipeline.
  • Investigate and resolve problems, particularly those involving multiple chains.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, guiding customers through the contract/completion process and ensuring high service levels at all times.
  • Resolve ad-hoc or minor queries, allowing conveyancers to focus on complex enquiries and achieve prompt exchange of contracts/completion.
  • Provide regular updates to the sales team and coach those who need improvement.
  • Attend or contribute to sales update meetings as required.

Requirements

  • Experience in a face-to-face sales environment, preferably in property or conveyancing.
  • GCSE Maths and English – Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
  • Microsoft: Word and Excel.
  • Effective negotiation and sales skills, good administration skills, strong communication and listening skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary: £21,800.00-£22,750.00 per year.
  • Bonus scheme, commission pay, and performance bonus.
  • Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday.
