We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning Assistant to support our Wealth Management team in delivering exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial planning principles and be able to interpret data to provide tailored solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving instructions from advisers following client meetings and interpreting data to inform client recommendations.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Technical and Head of Compliance to ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining client records, including suitability letters, client-specific illustrations, and key features documents.
  • Liaising with the Head of Technical to structure and develop suitability report templates and attachments.
  • Loading cases onto relevant platforms and ensuring all client files are compliant on an ongoing basis.
  • Identifying and escalating significant risk issues to the Head of Compliance as necessary.
  • Making a constructive contribution to the continuing development of the team and enhancing industry knowledge through ongoing professional development.
