Job Opportunity: Automotive Refinisher – Weston-super-Mare

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Refinisher to join our team in Weston-super-Mare area. As a key member of our bodyshop team, you will be responsible for spray painting vehicles using water-based paints, checking and matching paint colours accurately, and supporting the team as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spray painting vehicles using water-based paints
  • Checking and matching paint colours accurately
  • Supporting the bodyshop team as needed
  • Repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition following approved methods
  • Prepping vehicles for paint (masking, sanding, priming)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role (Bodyshop Technician, Painter, or Prepper)
  • Full UK or EU Driving Licence (manual and automatic)
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
