We are seeking reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to support our partner schools in Essex with their examination process.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who can uphold a calm and controlled environment to ensure fair examination conditions. As an Exam Support Assistant, you will be responsible for supervising students during exams, distributing and collecting exam papers, and ensuring that exam conditions comply with the school's policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise students during exams to maintain a calm and orderly environment.
  • Distribute and collect exam papers and materials.
  • Ensure exam conditions meet the school's standards.
  • Assist students with queries or issues during the exam.
  • Monitor students to prevent cheating or misconduct.
  • Report any incidents or irregularities to the exam coordinator.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and exam materials.

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Previous experience in an educational setting (desired but not essential).
  • A commitment to upholding the integrity of the exam process.
  • Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
