Trainee Residential Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Residential Surveyor. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in residential valuation and property risk services, working alongside our experienced team of RICS-registered surveyors.

About the Role

As a Trainee Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting our surveyors in the field, conducting property inspections, and gathering data to support our valuation and risk assessment services. You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including residential property valuations, property risk assessments, and other related tasks.

Requirements
  • A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or post-graduate qualification, plus a minimum of one-year industry relevant work experience.
  • A RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC or foundation degree, plus a minimum of two years of industry relevant work experience.
  • 4+ years of industry relevant experience.
