Role Summary
Cygnet Hospital Bury is looking for a skilled and compassionate Child and Adolescent Mental Health Worker to join its team. This is a full-time position involving 12-hour shifts across days, nights, and weekends, requiring a minimum of 12 months' experience in a mental health setting. Successful applicants will undergo an enhanced DBS check and participate in a three-week paid induction program at the commencement of their employment.

About the Position
This role focuses on delivering high-quality care to individuals within our Children & Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) provision. As a member of our team, you will collaborate with colleagues to offer support, guidance, and encouragement, fostering a trusting and stimulating environment for our service users. Key responsibilities include assisting with medical and welfare needs, reporting essential information, and maintaining a secure and well-maintained space.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional care through adaptable learning methods tailored to individual needs
  • Support service users physically and emotionally
  • Assess and address unique requirements effectively
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless support
  • Record vital information and report as needed
