**Job Description:** SEN Teaching Support Professional

We are recruiting for a skilled and caring SEN Teaching Support Professional to join our team at Unity Education Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to students with diverse needs, promoting inclusivity, and contributing to a positive learning environment.

**Main Duties:**

  • Provide tailored support to students with SEMH, ADHD, ASD, and other learning disabilities, adapting to their individual needs.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement learning plans, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support students' academic and social progress, promoting positive attitudes and behaviors.
  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive school culture, working closely with colleagues and parents.
