About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marine Consultant to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our marine projects group, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on environmental impact assessments and ensuring that our deliverables meet the highest quality standards.

Job Summary

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex environmental projects and a deep understanding of marine consenting and licensing regimes in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on environmental impact assessments and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Lead and manage complex environmental projects from early strategy development to project completion
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities to improve environmental outcomes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and industry partners
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure project success
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing complex environmental projects
  • Strong technical skills, including expertise in environmental impact assessments and marine consenting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
  • Project management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation
