Experienced Bricklaying Project Manager

Company Overview: Hueller Ltd trading as Atrium Associates is a reputable medium-sized local brickwork sub-contractor seeking an experienced Site Manager to manage multiple bricklaying gangs across various sites in Norfolk.
Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum
Job Description:
We are looking for a confident leader with a passion for the bricklaying industry and experience in residential projects. The ideal candidate will have strong literacy and competency with emails and Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and a proven background in site management, project management, or contract management.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the Programming of Works: Adapt to daily changes and ensure the smooth operation of works up to 3 months in duration.
- Liaising with Main Contractor Site Managers and Contract Managers: Regular site meetings and email correspondence are essential for effective communication.
- Managing Productivity and Workmanship: Ensure the bricklaying gangs maintain high standards of workmanship and productivity on-site.
- Ensuring Compliance with Health & Safety Regulations: Adhere to main contractor standards for health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Strong Literacy and Competency: Proficiency in emails and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is necessary for success in this role.
- Experience in Residential Projects: Private market and social housing experience is highly valued.
- Proven Background: Site management, project management, or contract management experience is essential.
- Certifications: Must hold a valid CSCS Card, SSSTS (minimum), First Aid certification, and a full driving license.
