Responsibilities



  • Prepare classic and modern cocktails as well as full drinks
  • Ensure a fast and efficient service to members and their guests
  • Provide table service to members and their guests

Experience and Qualifications



  • Experience working within a similar role
  • Experience in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private members club advantageous

Working Hours



  • Shifts are 9 hours between Monday - Saturday and between 11am - 3am on a rota basis
