Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Dillington Mews, an autism-specific supported living service. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to our tenants, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 support to 6 tenants, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Develop and implement individual support plans, ensuring each tenant's unique needs are met
  • Work closely with families and significant others to ensure seamless care and support
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
