Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with third-party hotlines to escalate system faults and ensure rapid response times.
  • Communicate effectively with the maintenance team to identify and resolve material flow issues.

About You
We are looking for someone who can prioritize tasks efficiently, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and demonstrate a proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in similar industries, preferably with knowledge of SCADA systems, and possess strong communication skills. A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies is essential.

Salary Information
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £14.20 per hour (based on 42 hours per week average). This includes a starting rate, plus bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
