Job Title: Mechanical Contracts Manager

Job Summary: Bennett & Game Recruitment is seeking a skilled Mechanical Contracts Manager to join our client, an M+E services specialist, based in Wiltshire. The successful candidate will oversee a mechanical department dealing with small projects, as well as ongoing servicing and reactive works throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost pricing and estimates for new mechanical / HVAC works / reactive works
  • Carry out any amendments or variations to existing projects / contracts
  • Review technical drawings and specifications for take offs to create a materials list
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, as well as maintaining regular contact with customers to keep them updated
  • Ensure health and safety requirements are met, across the department
  • Manage labour, both direct and sub-contractors
  • Work from the office in West Wiltshire, with site visits when required, around the region

Requirements:

  • Technical background, within the HVAC industry, ideally heating or plumbing
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Based within commutable distance to West Wiltshire
