Job Overview

The role of a Café Specialist at Blue Arrow Catering - Bristol involves supporting clients across various sectors, including restaurants, hotels, universities, colleges, schools, care homes, hospitals, and more. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality coffee and tea-based beverages while ensuring all equipment and personal working areas are clean and in good working order.

Salary and Benefits
We offer an estimated salary of £13 per hour during weekdays and up to £14.50 per hour on weekends. In addition to your hourly rate, you will also receive weekly pay every Friday, accrue holiday for every hour worked, and participate in our company pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities
As a Café Specialist, you will be expected to:
* Produce high-quality coffee and tea-based beverages
* Ensure all equipment and personal working areas are clean and in good working order
* Stock counters and maintain a clean and organized environment
* Assist with washing dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment
* General cleaning of the kitchen and food prep areas

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have experience as a Barista and live locally or have your own transportation. Additionally, you will need to possess a Food Hygiene Level 1 certification and undergo Enhanced DBS checks for some roles.
