About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Motor Vehicle Inspector to join our team as a Qualified MOT Tester. As part of our busy Halfords MOT Centre, you will be responsible for conducting thorough and efficient MOT tests on vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting MOT tests in accordance with DVSA guidelines
  • Evaluating vehicle safety and roadworthiness
  • Reporting test results and advising customers on any necessary repairs

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £30,900 - £33,000 per annum
  • An average uncapped bonus of £5,800 per year
  • The opportunity to work 5 days a week with regular working hours

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in motor vehicle technology or a related field
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably with a well-established company like Halfords
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
