About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the finance team of a dynamic and rapidly growing consultancy business based in Camberley, Surrey. As a Part-Time Finance Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Finance Manager in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

This is a part-time position, ideal for someone looking for 16-20 hours of work per week, spread over four days. The company offers hybrid working, with one day per week spent in the office. A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum is on offer, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a local part-time role with a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Finance Manager in processing invoices and payments
  • Prepare and manage lists of payments due, ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Manage credit card facilities, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation
  • Collaborate with the Finance Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes

We are seeking an individual with a recognised accounting qualification, experience with Sage 50 or Xero, and excellent organisational and communication skills.
