About the Role:

We are looking for part-time teaching assistants to join our supply pool working as a supply teacher's assistant in mainstream primary schools throughout Tower Hamlets.

  • Be happy to work in different schools, varying from week to week.
  • Be comfortable supporting pupils with SEN when required and working in 1-2-1 and small group settings with children.
  • Be able to travel within the borough and work across various year groups.

About the School:

Mainstream primary schools in Tower Hamlets expect their supply staff to be punctual, enthusiastic, and show genuine care for working with children in education.

Requirements:

To be considered for the role of Part-time teaching assistant you will:

  1. Have an enhanced DBS check on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
  2. Be able to commute within the borough.
  3. Prior experience working with children in an educational setting is essential.
