Job Description:
As a Test Lead at Reply, you will be working as part of a project delivery team providing test leadership during the full development lifecycle and support to the customer test team during UAT and Go-Live. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • To articulate Test Strategies and Test Roadmaps for strategic client programmes
  • To deliver test plans, test data, test cases/scripts, and test results/reports
  • To troubleshoot, debug code, and carry out root cause analysis
  • To work with clients to design test scenarios and automation frameworks/solutions
  • To use reasoning and thinking through problems, to define and lead the testing of development of desired solutions, converting Business requirements into test scenarios solutions
  • To deliver test tasks, test projects in a controlled and commercially successful manner
  • To provide testing in both Waterfall and Agile-based environments.

Requirements:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Test Lead with a strong background in Microsoft technologies, particularly Azure Integration Services, SOAP, Web services, C#, Selenium, NUnit, RestSharp, and Specflow. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable working on key development projects both on-premises and cloud-based. A degree in a technical/computing subject is required, and a demonstrable thirst for technology and a desire to help the Cluster Reply Senior Leadership team (SLT) grow the business is essential.
