  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality designs and services that meet their needs.

  • Assist in supervising and developing staff to ensure the continued growth and success of the team.
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Minimize waste and ensure that designs take account of environmental issues and health and safety requirements.
