About the Job

This role involves working as a Speech and Language Therapist within the Transforming Care Autism Team at Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. The team provides specialist assessments and consultations to support discharges and avoid admissions for autistic young people and adults.

As a B6 or B7 Speech and Language Therapist, you will be responsible for providing highly specialist Speech and Language Therapy services to individuals on the Transforming Care Risk Register. This includes conducting assessments of communication and language to support a holistic formulation of how neurodiversity may be contributing to presenting risks.
