About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at MorePeople. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with production teams to ensure that all products are produced to customer specifications.
  • Complete quality records daily or against the agreed frequency detailed in the product specification.
  • Perform daily production quality checks, including torque tests and product weight checks, paperwork checks, and ensuring all batch codes and dates are accurate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and protocols.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of HACCP and sampling practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Good IT skills and proficiency in quality control software.
  • Full driving license.
